Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree required; RN licensure required; APRN credentials may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with the care team.
• Document care in the patient record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement for quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to customize and deliver treatment plans.
