Job summary

Incredible Health in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse - Recent Grad ICU to gain hands-on experience in caring for patients requiring critical monitoring and support. You will collaborate with a diverse health team across a range of acute care scenarios and develop your clinical skills under supervision.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while managing care for critically ill patients.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required prior to start of employment.
• Less than one year of professional nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients and collaborating with other health team members in a variety of scenarios
• Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions, working closely under the supervision of experienced nursing staff, physicians and other healthcare providers
