Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Recent Grad ICU in Grand Blanc, MI to gain real-world ICU experience and collaborate with the health team across diverse patient scenarios.

The role requires an RN license and BLS certification; recent grads with less than a year of nursing experience are encouraged to apply. Day, night, and mid shifts available in a full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangement.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required prior to start of employment.
• Less than one year of professional nursing experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Develop real-world experience delivering care to patients in a variety of scenarios.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients under supervision of experienced staff.
