Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is seeking a part-time registered nurse for its 6-bed Critical Care Unit in Sullivan, MO. The role handles a 2:1 patient ratio and requires RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
The RN will provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, educate families, and participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating care across the interprofessional team. Safety and regulatory compliance are emphasized.

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties.
The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area.
Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality health care to surrounding communities. In addition, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers.
The six-bed Critical Care Unit -- equipped with state-of-the-art cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring -- cares for patients requiring critical care intervention for acute or potentially life-threatening ailments and surgical recoveries in private rooms. We offer families compassion and condition updates during their difficult situations. Our nursing staff strives to provide the highest quality care possible through ongoing education and training.
