Job summary

Dupont Hospital, part of Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU as a PRN to deliver patient-centered critical care within a 131-bed facility. You will assess patients, administer medications, monitor life-support equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes for diverse ICU patients.

Requirements include 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience, RN licensure, BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required
• RN licensure (state or compact) required
• Night shift availability and PRN schedule
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Operates and monitors ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, IV pumps).
• Collaborates with physicians and care team to develop care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in code team activities.
