Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling in a professional acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and experienced in providing high-quality critical care nursing services. Shifts are 12 hours; PRN schedule; W2 employee status with weekly pay and dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
