Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a professional acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and experienced in providing high-quality critical care nursing services. Shifts are 12 hours, and ongoing assignments include weekly pay and dedicated recruiter

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
