Job summary
Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU as a PRN shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role requires an Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma, RN license, and ACLS/NIHSS/CPI readiness.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- RN - Registered Nurse On Hire required.
- ACLS, NIHSS and CPI training/credentials encouraged or required within set timelines.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nurse experience; ICU experience strongly preferred.
- CLIAFE must comply with foreign education equivalency regulations.
Responsibilities
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Assesses the patient and plans care.
- Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates intervention effectiveness.
- Maintains age-specific safety and infection control measures.
- Communicates with patients and families to provide information as needed.
- Ensures continuity of patient care across shifts and during transfers.
