Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is hiring RN ICU/CCU nurses for premium compensation and flexible mobile staffing across the system. The role involves floating to different units and locations, with day shifts and a 10-hour schedule.

Local pay is $73/hour, with additional tax-free allowance options for qualified candidates. Qualified applicants have an RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years in critical care or related specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.
• RN licensure valid in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience in Critical Care or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Practice within license and scope of knowledge with accountability for decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives.
• Embrace new ideas and manage multiple priorities effectively.
