Wood County Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for ICU per diem assignments. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care on-site, with a focus on patient education and safety.

The position requires Ohio RN licensure by time of hire, BLS and ACLS within 90 days, and PALS within 90 days. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure in the state of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and medical records.
• Individualize care based on patient values and needs; advocate with the care team.
