Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment to plan interventions.
• Develops and revises patient care plans as patient needs change.
• Documents care provided and progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care.
• Prepares patients for discharge, transfer, or procedures.
