Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU on a full-time night shift (7pm–7am). ICU experience is required. The role involves delivering advanced care to critically ill patients across all ages, coordinating with the care team, and engaging families in the treatment plan.

Required ADN; BSN preferred and expected by 2029 or within 10 years for nurses hired after 2019. NH RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred and required by 2029 or within 10 years of hire for nurses hired after 2019.
• Current New Hampshire RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients across age range.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patients and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage patients and families as partners in care.
• Document care using electronic medical records and participate in quality initiatives.
• Ensure patient safety and escalate concerns as needed.
