• BSN preferred and required by 2029 or within 10 years for nurses hired after 2019.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU.
• Assess, prioritize, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor and care for critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Engage patients and families as active partners in care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and current clinical standards.
• Delegate patient care activities appropriately and effectively.
• Promote patient safety and participate in quality and safety programs.
• Document and manage care in EMR.
• Participate in patient satisfaction and quality initiatives.
• Support unit-based initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Escalate concerns through the proper chain of command.
