Doctors Medical Center (DMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Sur. Int. Care ICU.

The RN will plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high-quality, individualized patient care using the nursing process, reporting to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager. Sign-on bonus is based on experience and internal eligibility. The department operates nights with a focus on critical care, including ICU responsibilities and continuous patient monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years ICU experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high quality, individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Report to the Patient Care Services Director/Shift Manager as applicable and collaborate with the Med/Surg ICU team to ensure safe, evidence-based care.
