AdventHealth in Rome, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for ICU Medical to provide care during night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with a culturally sensitive approach, coordinating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

This full-time role offers 3 x 12 hour shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am), a starting pay range of $30.70–$50.42 per hour, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years acute care RN experience preferred.
• RN license required; BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient care plans aligned with diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and document progress.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvements.
