Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Staff Nurse at Lansdale Hospital to provide professional nursing care, perform procedures within the nursing scope, and coordinate care across the health care team. You will document care and assist with clinical pathways to ensure quality outcomes.

Strong candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with an active RN license; a BSN is strongly preferred and BLS certification is required. Prior acute care experience is highly valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BSN strongly preferred or completed within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
• Document care and participate in review/implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination.
