Jefferson Health in Lansdale is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide professional nursing care, perform procedures within the nursing scope, and administer medications safely during shifts. The role emphasizes care coordination and thorough documentation.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license; BSN is preferred, and prior acute care RN experience plus BLS certification are strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
• Practices safe medication administration and assesses patient responses to medication.

The Staff Nurse will provide professional nursing care to a group of patients within a specified time period and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• BSN or completion of BSN within 3 years of hire strongly preferred
• State Issued RN license
• Previous experience as an RN in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
