Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based team on the night shift (12-hour nights) as a .9 FTE. This role provides specialized nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment, focusing on safe, evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, WA RN license, BLS, ACLS or equivalent, and at least one year of acute care experience. An advanced nursing degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• WA RN license or multistate license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
