Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends/holidays. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates have ICU experience and hold ACLS/BLS certifications, with Colorado RN licensure or multi-state eligibility. A valid RN Diploma is required as part of qualification.

Qualifications

• RN ICU experience preferred; 1 year in acute PCU/stepdown/telemetry may be considered.
• ACLS certification required; BLS certification required.
• Colorado or multi-state RN license/registration.
• RN Diploma or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
• Promote evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to customize and implement care plans.
