Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a bedside RN for night shifts at our facility in Connecticut. You will provide direct and indirect patient‑centered care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and report changes in patient condition to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with CT licensure, and obtain BCLS/ACLS within orientation. English communication and growth in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire or during orientation.
• Communicate effectively in English and demonstrate growth and development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team and communicates changes in condition.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate care across the life span and supports professional practice.
