Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shifts, servicing patients in Connecticut. You will provide direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinate with the care team, and report changes promptly to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Must hold CT RN licensure with BCLS/ACLS certifications (or obtain within orientation). Strong communication and computer skills are required. We are part of Hartford HealthCare, a statewide healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current CT licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• ACLS and BCLS certification required on hire or within orientation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service.
• Communicate patient conditions clearly and respond rapidly to changes or treatment responses.
• Deliver age-appropriate care and uphold professional nursing practice under supervision.
