Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill patients with high-intensity interventions.
• Use clinical judgment to prioritize and respond to changing patient conditions.
• Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment and data from monitors.
• Respond to emergencies using nursing standards and life-saving protocols.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; may serve as charge nurse or educator.
• Document care accurately and ensure compliance with standards.
