Job summary

Baptist Health in central Alabama seeks an ICU Registered Nurse for full-time weekend night shifts. You will supervise nursing staff on the shift, coordinate patient care, and ensure quality and continuity of care using the nursing process.

You will collaborate with physicians and clinicians, perform assessments, plan care, and implement interventions. Bachelor's degree preferred; active RN licensure and BLS required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP or TNCC as area requires.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required with BLS.
• Certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.) may be required depending upon area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift and during weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate nursing activities to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Apply the nursing process in assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in care planning.
