Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse to work nights (36 hours) in Lincoln, NE. The RN will function independently, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and support intensivists, NP’s, and nursing staff with a supportive leadership team.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, delegating tasks, and acting as a clinical resource for new staff while embracing ongoing educational opportunities and leadership within the unit.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Minimum 1 year of applicable experience.
• RN with an Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for a group of ICU patients with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and act as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrate leadership within the unit and participate in governance.
