Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or Compact State

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients on the ICU unit; document assessments and care.
• Plan and implement patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate transcription of physician orders and timely follow-up.
• Direct care team activities to deliver high-quality nursing care.
• Participate in discharge planning and ongoing outcomes evaluation.
