Job summary

Foundation Health Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join the ICU team in Fairbanks, Alaska. This full-time role offers nights, 36 hours per week, with a $10,000–$15,000 hiring bonus for new hires and relocation support up to $7,500.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Alaska (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS/PALS or related certifications may be required based on unit practice

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning domains.
• Formulates and initiates a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Delivers direct patient care and coordinates with the health care team.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises care plans as needed.
• Documents care and communications in the patient record.
• Contributes to quality improvement and education within the unit.

Education

Associate's degree in nursing
