Kindred Hospital Greensboro is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse with advanced bedside skills for night shifts. You will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for critically ill patients, aligning with evolving care plans and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BCLS certification and ACLS required.
• Minimum one year of experience in Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to critically ill patients using the nursing process (Assess, Plan, Intervene, Evaluate).
• Supervises nursing care provided by other staff.
• Develops and coordinates nursing care plans with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensures documentation in the electronic medical record and adherence to ICU policies.
• Assists with emergency interventions and patient education during discharge planning.
