Job summary

St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN/APRN) to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support ICU patients, document care, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans. Successful candidates will have ICU experience, current nursing licensure (RN/APRN), and required certifications with training timelines aligned to start dates.

Qualifications

• ICU experience required within 1 year of start date.
• RN or APRN with current licensure and state compliance.
• ACLS and Basic Life Support required within specified timeframes.
• Stroke scale training (NIH Stroke Scale) within 90 days of employment start date.
• Advanced practice or RN licensure as applicable to position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up steps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure safety.
