As the Critical Care Resource Nurse you will float between Saint Mark's and Lone Peak Hospital's ICU departments. You will exemplify professional nursing practice through expert clinical practice, strong leadership skills, and management activities. You will provide clinical management to the department through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care of patients. You will delegate duties to staff members within their scope, while acting as a resource and utilizing the chain of command if necessary. You will be part of a team that provides quality patient care.
