Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• RN licensure in California required.
• Minimum five years of technical experience preferred.
• One year of leadership experience preferred.
• Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment where front line nurses and staff provide safe, high-quality care.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel.
• Schedules, leads, and coordinates daily unit activities on assigned shifts.
• Conducts daily rounds with physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Drives patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
