Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required

Responsibilities

• Collects data relevant to the patient's health or situation and analyzes it to plan care.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Develops and implements a care plan, coordinating with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes and adjusts care as needed.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
