Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited RN Program.
• RN license required and active.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience.
• Specialized field of study: nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients and families; document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with the team for safe and efficient care.
• Support colleagues and contribute to patient outcomes.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care planning and delivery.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
