Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Columbia, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse II to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care, using the nursing process to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires an Associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), SC RN licensure (or compact state), and BLS/ACLS certification. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in SC or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS required; ACLS required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, effective care and collaborate with health care team.
• Maintain mobility and safety standards; lift up to 50 lbs as required.
