LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an ICU-focused nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary ICU setting. The role emphasizes patient and family education, planning, and evaluation of nursing interventions based on established standards.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, while participating in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience preferred; new graduates with ADN/BSN/MSN accepted.
• Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
• Skills: Critical nursing skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

• Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans with clear goals.
