Qualifications

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years of ICU or relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Additional certifications in oncology, critical care, or bone marrow transplant are advantageous.
• Must demonstrate alertness, safety awareness, and the ability to work in high-acuity environments.
• Support for professional growth through programs like Nursing Resident, Career Ladder, and certification prep.
• Participation in mock codes, educational sessions, and leadership development.
