Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking an ICU-capable registered nurse for a 13-week assignment within the Johns Hopkins Health System. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing care, leadership of peers, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• Current Maryland RN license, or licensed in a compact state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate care using nursing process per Hopkins policies.
• Provide direction to/management of other team members to promote quality and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support program initiatives that promote quality and excellence in care.
• Participate in promoting improvement initiatives that support specialty areas.
• Implement initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
• Foster a clinical environment of service excellence.
