Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in ICU to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting. This role focuses on ventilator management, invasive monitoring, and rapid response to clinical changes.

You will collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure precise EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure with strong ICU/critical care experience.
• Proficiency in critical monitoring, ventilator management, and IV drip titration.
• Ability to rapidly assess patients, prioritize care, and take swift action.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient/family education skills.
• Detail-oriented documentation and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex critical patients, including ventilator support and titratable IV drips.
• Monitor hemodynamic status continuously and respond rapidly to clinical changes.
• Provide care for patients with invasive lines and other advanced monitoring needs.
• Collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families, supporting understanding and care participation.
• Ensure accurate, timely EHR documentation.
