Job summary
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care on assigned units. You will assess, treat, and coordinate care for patients, manage pain, invasive lines, drains, and collaborate with families to meet needs.
The ideal candidate has 1 year ICU experience, a California RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification (Stroke cert preferred). BSN is preferred; tuition support and career development are offered.
Qualifications
- One (1) year ICU experience required.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- BSN Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellence in patient care and collaborate with the care team.
- Assess, treat and care for patients on assigned units including pain management.
- Follow regulatory, professional and hospital policies and uphold core values.
