Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA seeks a Staff RN for the ICU to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with the care team, and support family-centered treatment across the continuum. You will assess and treat patients on assigned units, including pain management, invasive lines, and drains.

Ideal candidates have ICU experience, an active California RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One (1) year ICU experience required.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) Certification.
• ACLS (AHA) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care and collaborative treatment based on patient and family needs.
• Assess, treat, and care on assigned units, managing pain, invasive lines, and drains.
• Follow all hospital policies and uphold core values and mission.
