Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• If RN license inactive or lapsed for five years, refresher course is required prior to reactivating licensure.

• Collaborate with physicians and the team to plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and compassion to guide patients through their health journey.
