Job summary

Elios Healthcare's 18-bed ICU in Conyers, GA is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to join a high-acuity, collaborative team responsible for a broad mix of cardiac, surgical, respiratory and nephrology patients.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, titrate critical drips, and work with physicians, families, and lab staff to deliver high-level care close to home.

This role offers flexible scheduling with day/night shifts and weekend options, including an additional $12/hour premium.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and ICU experience required.
• Ability to assess critically and act quickly in high-acuity settings.
• Excellent communication with patients' families and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring.
• Titrate medications and manage complex drips.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in expanding ICU services as acuity grows.
