Incredible Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Jasper, GA area ICU/Critical Care role. The position supports day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Strong ICU experience and ACLS are preferred; ADN or higher nursing degree required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
