Role:

Full-time RN for an Intermediate ICU, primarily working night shifts (7p-7a).

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, support performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students. Develop and follow protocols, participate in research activities, and advocate for culturally competent care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required to hold a current RN license (multi-state preferred), with certifications in BLS and ACLS. Preferably hold a BSN degree. Must have strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, emergency situations. Basic computer proficiency and a commitment to professional development are essential.
