Required RN licensure, CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale; BSN preferred; acute care experience preferred. This full-time position offers a base pay range and comprehensive benefits. Shift: 12 hours; Location: Simi Valley, CA.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.

Responsabilités

• Collects data pertinent to patient health and analyzes assessment data to guide diagnosis and care.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and the healthcare team to provide safe, healing care and to share information.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
