Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA seeks an experienced ICU nurse to interpret patient plans, assess clinical decisions, and ensure safe, competent nursing care. You will provide individualized care and evaluate outcomes for groups of patients.

The role requires an ADN or BSN, an MA RN license, and 0–1 year of ICU experience. Onsite work at 90 Blossom Street with 36 hours weekly and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• MA Registered Nurse License.
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient response and conditions.
