Job summary

AdventHealth Daytona Beach is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a full-time Day shift at 301 Memorial Medical Pkwy, Daytona Beach, FL 32117. Requires RN license and Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physical, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
