Qualifications

• 1 year ICU nursing experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Missouri RN license or Compact State RN license accepted
• Strong critical care, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care in the ICU
• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
• Evaluates care effectiveness provided by direct care givers
• Supports a collaborative ICU team in a 19-bed unit
