Qualifications

• RN licensed in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process with interdisciplinary team.
• Administers medications and treatments per standards of care and policy.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Develops and executes a patient plan of care with physician input.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and peer review.
