Jobot is seeking an ICU RN to join our high-acuity inpatient team in Texas. This permanent role offers high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art ICU, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong team collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years ICU experience, current RN license, ACLS/BLS, and EMR proficiency. You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, educate families, and uphold safety in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years ICU RN experience in a high-volume setting.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• EMR/EHR documentation proficiency.
• Strong patient and family education, delegation and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Mansioni

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in our ICU.
• Perform rapid assessments and escalation of care for acutely unstable patients.
• Document and manage complex clinical data in the EHR.
• Titrate IV drips and acute patient stabilization.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants per competencies and scope.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
