Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 32 bed ICU. The ICU RN will provide critical care for medical, surgical and cardiac patients in a Level 1 Trauma environment, with 7a-7p shifts and full-time status.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding patient transitions. Requires IL RN license; BSN preferred; rotation weekends/holidays; on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Current IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with plan to enroll in BSN completion program within four years.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care per standards and policies.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care and leadership to ICU patients (medical, surgical, cardiac).
• Coordinate patient transitions to home or other care settings; ensure safety.
